We want you to feel comfortable. A.S. Brent will take you on tours in style – a luxury vehicle, with your favorite beverages and snacks, and a friendly guide who knows the area as well
as real estate. No rushing around. It's seeing the right homes, not how many can you cram
in a tour.
We’ll take you and your family on cultural tours, show you where entertainment, shopping and key municipal services are and other important things that matter to you. Understanding local details, unique services and cultural insights will help you make the best decision possible.
Quality Open House
The quality of the Open House is a reflection of the home owner as much as it is on us. We will robustly market and advertise your home to prospective buyers. They will receive a Cultural Packet that tells about the unique flavor of the neighborhood, it's amenities and history and the quality of life that the areas has to offer. Prospective buyers will have an exceptional experience, from the food and refreshments we serve to the pleasant hosting and detailed tour.
Our Concierge Services extend beyond the sale. Since you will have much to do, we can resource Move In Ready services to help lighten your load:
• Contract and coordinate with movers
